Processing and Delivery Times
Delivery time includes order processing and shipping. The shipping time below starts after your order has been dispatched.

Order Confirmation, Changes and Cancellations
We send an order confirmation email and begin preparing your order once it has been verified. Because preparation begins promptly, changes or cancellations may be difficult. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to help.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, we will email you the tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. All packages include tracking information. You can also sign in to your account and review your order details for tracking information.
We will email you if a delivery is unsuccessful.

Delivery Issues and Support
If your package has not arrived, please contact us within six months of shipment. Our customer service team will work to resolve the issue within 24 hours. Requests received after six months may not be accepted.
